Meet Gina DeSantis

In 2020, Kimberly Stark founded The Flourish Consultancy, one of the top California based, professional and personal development education companies. Prior to launching Flourish, Kimberly worked for Cadence in the Business Travel department, and long before that, was introduced to the travel industry through her mom, Gina DeSantis, who owned a travel agency as Kimberly was growing up. Kimberly really loved the idea of working again with her incredible mom, so, in addition to Flourish, she decided to circle back to the world of travel and co-found a travel brand with Gina, Esoterra Travel.
Kimberly aims to learn everything she can from her mother and continue to expand the brand. Kimberly is a respected philanthropist, community leader and lives in Newport Beach with her four children.
While my brothers were dashing for the sports section, my sister eager for the comics, everyone knew I wanted - the Travel Section.
My love for travel started at an early age. By the time I was 17 I had already made my first trip to Europe and I was hooked! I’ve built a fabulous career in travel, traveled extensively all over the world, and lived in France for nearly 5 years. My favorite part is that with each trip, I see and experience new adventures that I’m eager to share with my clients!
